As part of the QCaD certification program, the following individuals listed are recognized as Certified Members of QCaD, meaning they have completed one of the following:
- Attended eight workshops (consecutively or non-consecutively)
- Attended four workshops AND have built a quantum computing related project
- Resolved two issues or made two pull requests (or one of each)
and are hereby acknowledged by QCaD as possessing proficiency in Quantum Computing technologies and their applications.

Sakibul Islam Sazzad is a quantum enthusiast currently working as a Graduate Research Fellow in a department of Science and Technology Ministry of Bangladesh named BRiCM. Before that he worked as a quantum developer in an India-based startup company. He is winner of QCHack 2021. He prefers both theoretical and experimental aspects of quantum. His dream project could be something related to Quantum Error Correction. In free time he listens to quantum related podcasts and metal genre music.
